Claire Tiley -

Claire is the founding member of Jefferson Tiley.

Claire is a Business Graduate of Middlesex University and has worked as a recruiter since 1998. She has 16 years experience of recruiting within the niche fields of internal audit, risk and compliance. During this time she has gained an extensive network of candidates and clients and is known for her integrity and honest approach to recruitment. Claire really enjoys talking to people and understanding what makes them tick. Her energy and enthusiasm are infectious and she really enjoys her role.

Her interests include fitness, specifically running, and has completed 2 half marathons in the past 12 months.

Lucy Waite -

Manager.

Lucy has a background in the hotel and leisure industry before moving into recruitment and has been with Jefferson Tiley from the beginning. She is a natural born communicator and is happiest when talking to, meeting and building relationships with people.

Lucy enjoys playing hockey for a local ladies team and runs a local Brownie Unit in her spare time.

Jeffrey Tiley -

Director.

Jeff is one of our Directors and our Data Protection Officer and is responsible for the day to day running of the consultancy. He is also the Health and Safety officer and is also the contact for external suppliers wishing to contact Jefferson Tiley.
Jeff has extensive experience within the FMCG industry as in his previous role he worked within the Buying department of a major Supermarket.

Jeff’s interests include running and has also completed 2 half marathons in the past 12 months. Also, Jeff is a huge fan of DC and Marvel and takes an avid interest in current affairs.
